USA Hostels

Got in around 3.00am on the first night after a long day of flights and went straight to bed. The hostel was really expensive at $33 a night, but was pretty cool and was in a good location just off Hollywood Boulevard. We spent our day in LA walking round Hollywood, doing a tour in a strech Hot-Rod car and trying (and failing) to get up to the Hollywood sign. In the evening we had a few beers and watched the Hatton fight (in which he was destroyed) with a Jeordie ex-marine called Tony.

After the fight Tony took us to a bar he knew, it can only be described as a vampire bar. We stayed there for a few drinks (all a little bit scared) and the moved on. Jonny and Sims went to bed but Iggy and myself went to find an American bar. We found one, and had a lot of fun dancing and chatting to Americans. After it closed instead of the kebab van of the UK we were taken to a 24h restaurant which served good food (we didnt order any as it was very expensive). Had a good chat with a gay guy who told us all about Vegas.
